The Marinaded Dog

We start with a Certified Black Angus All-Beef Hotdog. We score it then add it to our house-made hotdog marinade where it sits for 24 hours. We cook that hotdog on our flattop and serve it on a toasted bun. You've never enjoyed a hotdog like this tasty treat.

OUR ROASTERS
WORK OVERTIME

Our Brisket roasts for 12-14 hours. The Pork Butts will be in there for no less then 12 hours. Our young brinded chickens will slow roast for 3-4 hours. There's no rest for this box...and it's all for you!
